The Holocaust Memorial Project
As Lead Animator, I was responsible for overseeing the animation process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring visual consistency, pacing, and clarity across the piece. I worked closely with my team to translate initial ideas and storyboards into a respectful and impactful final animation, coordinating feedback and supporting others to meet tight deadlines.
